Synopsis

The latest work by Michiko Tamada, author of the hit "Gyoza ga Inaku Nari Sagashiteimasu." A "lazy" cucumber who's no good at pickling gets kicked out of the nukadoko bran bed — "If you're not going to become a tasty pickle, out you go!" — then tossed around by a cat and a baby all the way to an elementary school. Turning into a relay baton, a recorder and more on its go-with-the-flow journey, where will the cucumber finally find its place? A wildly unpredictable, humor-filled and heartwarming picture book connected by "mono" (things).
